Good Saturday

I had to wake up early for the Kansas City Corporate Challenge 5K.
I didn't do so well.  I ran the first mile (since it was mostly downhill) but I started coughing and had to stop and walk for every hill that I encountered.  My time for 3.1 miles was over 35 minutes...
Ended up going to Granite City with Andrew and Rhys.  We wanted the $9.99 Saturday Brunch!  :)
Pacquiao/Mosley fight at Tito Jerry's house.  Of course PacMan won!

I just want to say that I love Filipino gatherings and I love my family! :)

Honeybees....

Tuesday afternoon, I came home to hundreds of bees in my family room!!!
Craig and Jim came by today during lunch to take them but it seemed like they flew off to a better place...
However, I came home after work and they were there again.  :(
Andrew and I figured out that they were coming from the chimney.
So we sealed it...

Sad and Sick

I woke up at 6:00 yesterday morning unable to breath.  I ended up being extremely sick for the rest of the day.  I spent most of the day in bed, sleeping.  Andrew took care of me.  He fed and took care of Bernoulli.  He took the laundry out of the dryer.  Went to the grocery store.  Took out the trash....
Had a 'fight' last night about money.  I was about to sleep on the couch but Andrew dragged me back up to our bed.  Ended up talking and not really coming to an agreement.
Slept in this morning. Didn't go to work.
