Everyone's Engaged!!

One of Andrew's childhood friends got engaged today!

We missed the proposal but we definitely heard about it...

After Shelley's students' volleyball game, Joe came out in the mascot's outfit with flowers and a ring pop!

He knelt down and asked Shelley to marry him, giving her the REAL engagement ring.  :D

Afterwards, Andrew and I met the newly engaged couple and some friends to celebrate at the Beer Kitchen in Westport.

Plaza Art Fair 2011

This year's Plaza Art Fair was fun and relaxing.
Andrew and I leisurely walked around and occasionally walked up to a booth if we noticed something interesting.
One booth had custom water fountains, another had 3D art with what looked like toy action-figures painted black.
My favorite one had mechanical gadgets and gears.

Took the Galveston - Port Bolivar Ferry to go to Crystal Beach.
